Shiroikoibito, a producer of butter wafer cookies sandwiched around white chocolate from Hokkaido, is reselling their products after some problems in 2007. Apparently consumers are supportive and receptive to their ability to quickly respond to the issues they were challenged with and the cookies are very popular and at some shops customers are queued to have the opportunity to buy them.
